Dr. Reza Koochak, principal consultant, and owner of Pharma Tech Consulting, is the driving force behind our ethos of delivering practical and affordable consulting solutions. Graduating with honours in 2000 and holding a master’s degree in industrial pharmacy, Reza brings over 25 years of hands-on experience as a certified Industrial Pharmacist in GMP-regulated industries (TGA, EU, PIC/S, FDA), spanning pharmaceuticals Manufacturing and Medicinal Cannabis.

Reza’s extensive background includes training regulatory agencies and guiding start- up ventures through the intricacies of TGA Manufacturing licensing. His expertise encompasses validation, process engineering, and GMP compliance, with specialized knowledge in Solids, liquid, and sterile manufacture, as well as HVAC systems and cleanroom design.

Known for his pragmatic approach, Reza routinely conducts practical gap analyses, performs design reviews, and conducts inspections to assist companies in developing compliance roadmaps and supporting vendor audits.
